Exclusive to A.P.Valves, our high spec cylinder valves have the smoothest operation possible to date in a pillar valve. This is achieved by a combination of high production values and clever design, such as: the extra seal on the main spindle and the directionally ridged operating knob. This neat idea offers the diver superb grip when opening the valve but a deliberately less effective grip on closing. The effect is to reduce over-tightening and therefore excessive wear of the valve seat - the bugbear of many other makes.
